We dispatch products to Courier every Monday and Thursday, or day after if it fall on holiday.
All orders recieved and paid by 12:00 hours CET on the day of dispatch will be shipped. Time from recieving order till dispatch date is NOT included in transit times below
Customer will recieve order statuses by e-mail (order confirmation, payment, handling/processing of order, tracking number, package in transit)
Delivery of products
Our Online Shop adds a shipment cost automatically to the basket, depending on the country of destination, weight of package and buyer preference. Small parcels are sent both by mail or courier service, depending on the choice made by Buyer, Bigger and heavier parcels are sent trough Courier services of choice by the customer.
Accurate transit time estimates is hard to tell, since it is subject to change by courier and is NOT GUARANTEED. However, based on courier estimates and previous experience we provide following transit times :
Croatian Post delivery :
-to Europe : 4-8 work days
-outside Europe : 8-25 work days
( buyer recieve tracking number, but known not to work for certain destinations (e.g. Australia)
DHL Economy (Europe) : 4-9 work days depending on Destination Country distance from Croatia
DHL Express : 2-4 work days all around the globe, sometimes 5 days on extreme remote areas
Time spent on customs clearance is not included in these transit times. It is country specific ( e.g. Canada, Israel are slow in processing import of goods) and also depend on how quick customer respond to pay import duty !
As individual Client, the Buyer is entitled to desist from the buying and selling Contract within 30 days, without giving any reason, with exception of products assembled on individual commission of the Buyer. Such a procedure demands, however, as a necessary condition that the Buyer informs the Seller of their decision in writing within 30 days from the date of entering into the Contract and sends products, on their cost, to the Seller premises in an original state and wrapping. In case of products return the Buyer bears full costs of dispatch from and to the Buyer, which are not returned by the Seller. Any fees charged for using specific payment method are not refunded either. In case of products return money will be returned by the same payment method used by the buyer to make a purchase of goods. If the products returned reach the Seller in a damaged state it shall be considered that damages were produced because of the Buyer’s fault. In such cases the Buyer is entitled only to return a value of not damaged goods. We kindly aks you to pack products carefully by return. The Seller shall return the appropriate amount of money within 7 days from the date of receiving products in return, while sending to the Buyer a corrective invoice. In case of refund by bank transfer, all costs of a banking transfer are covered by the Buyer.
